Starting off in June 2007 Thorsten Jasper Weese equipped with SpherocamHDR and a notebook for the layout-pre-visualization went on a CGI-production together with the photographer Harry Steininger (studio challenge) to produce 12 calendar motifs for the Porsche calendar 2008. The calendar had been a creation of Bruce B., a communication agency (CEOs: Thomas Elser, Thomas Wascke).The calendar concept of “60 years Porsche”: calendar motifs travelling through 60 years of the automotive brand Porsche. A trip that goes back in time but only takes place in the present. New Porsche models are combined with 12 historic vehicles with a highlight from that specific model era. The calendar motifs represent a dialogue between present and past and are at the same time a homage for the permanent evolution of a unique idea.
